Our products come in a variety of sizes and styles. For more detailed information please refer to the individual product descriptions for each specific items sizing. Most of our products are available in sizes XS-3XL, and we're constantly looking at expanding our offering!
Our underwear fits true to size and we offer sizes S-3XL on most undergarments. If you prefer a looser fit, we suggest going up one size.
Orders
Dirt Squirrel Apparel Inc. is based in Vancouver, BC. Residents of BC will be charged PST & GST on every purchase. All other provinces and territories are subject to Federal GST and any applicable local or provincial taxes.
All international orders, including the US, are not charged any sales tax. Customs duty and tax may be applicable. These charges are decided by your local customs agency and Dirt Squirrel has no control over these. Dirt Squirrel is not responsible for any duty and taxes incurred by import.
You are able to cancel or request changes to your order before your order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.
Unfortunately we are unable to add additional items to an order once it has been placed.
All of our products are currently shipped through Canada Post and UPS. We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours, but we're human so sometimes processing of your order can take up to 1-2 business days from date of purchase.
There are several delivery options available at checkout based on your shipping needs. They will be delivered by your regions local post.
Hey Squirrel Friend, orders shipped with Canada Post will connect with your local post once the item has arrived in your country. This will be USPS, Royal Mail, Australian Post, etc.
If your package is shipped via UPS, it will be delivered by UPS in your country.
Please contact your local post office, quoting your tracking number, to see if a parcel has been left for you; In certain cases a parcel will be left at a local post office if the recipient is not available upon delivery. If you have not been able to locate the parcel after doing this please email info@dirtsquirrel.co with your order number and shipping address.
All orders can be tracked via Canada Post or UPS websites. Your tracking number is always included in your shipment notification.
If you have signed up for an account, your tracking number will be available in your order history!
Would you buy from us if you knew there was some possibility that some stranger’s nuts were in your underwear before yours were? Some of you might (and it’s okay), but that’s just you. For the majority of people, fresh trumps funky, so for that reason we do not do returns and exchanges on underwear or personal items. In the unlikely event that we send you an incorrect order, or there is a manufacturer’s defect on the underwear, we will throw that rule out the window.
If you managed to snag a top, bottom or accessory outside of our underwear category and wish to receive a different size or a refund, please email us at info@dirtsquirrel.co to start the process.
You have 30 days from date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Clearance and discontinued items are final sale.
Unfortunately Dirt Squirrel cannot cover the cost of return shipping for refunds or exchanges.

Refunds on returns will be processed (if applicable) once the return item has been received and inspected. Returns must be in the original package with labels still attached. This must be pre-arranged, please do not send items back without contacting us first.
In the event of a manufacturers defect, we will offer to resend a replacement or a refund for the cost of the item.
If a package is returned to us through no fault of your own, we will reach out and offer to reship the package or a full refund. If the order is returned to us due to refusal to accept package or a wrong address is provided, we will refund the cost of the items less any shipping paid.

We endeavour to ship orders within 24 hours of purchase, but we’re human, so on rare occasions, orders can take 1-2 days to process from the date of order (excluding weekends and holidays). Once you have received a shipment notification you will receive your order depending on the shipping option you have selected. Your tracking number will be included in your shipment notification. If you have not received this please check your spam filter and whitelist Dirt Squirrel.
